Thanksgiving is right around the corner. As we busy ourselves with the preparations of cooking a large meal like the feast our ancestors of pilgrims and Indians, let us stop and give thanks for our many blessings. Of course, there are always some that are more fortunate than we are. But there are also many people less fortunate. We need to be grateful for each little blessing we are given. This will, in turn, give us more blessings to be thankful for.
I have a wish list a mile long, myself. But I am so thankful, when I stop to think about all the good things in my life. I am so grateful for the people in my life, my family and close friends. I am thankful I have a home to raise my family in. I am also thankful for the blessing of relaxation in one of my many cool hammocks!
