Tailgating With Chipotle Black Bean Salsa Part 6

This colorful, healthy salsa is easy to make for game day and the recipe makes two cups.

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, well drained

1 can (8 3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, well drained

1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon Chipotle Chile pepper seasoning

1/4 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and cover. Then refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and pass around to your friends while everyone  is sitting  in a butterfly chair of their favorite color!
