Happy New Year!
Goodbye 2012, welcome 2013. We would all being doing ourselves a favor, myself included, if we made one of our top resolutions to relax more this year! It is better for our health and our happiness. It all starts with one simple decision to say, “I am going to take better care of myself this year. I am taking at least a few minutes every day just for me.”
It isn’t as much the length of time as the daily practice of doing it. Get yourself a hammock chair, start with that, because it is winter in half of the country, and this can fit in the house, if necessary. Find a spot in your home for it, possibly clearing out a spot, which will also give you satisfaction, then hang that chair, and start “hanging out” every day!
