Pawleys Island rope hammockLemon thyme is a variety of the thyme family. When its leaves are rubbed, your hands are left with a strong lemon scent, that I find heavenly. It is an herb with many uses, especially cooking.

It really perks up a chicken or tuna salad and is even great in lemonade! I think I will make myself a tall, cold glass of lemonade and take a break in my rope hammock this afternoon!
